HELIOSKIN strives to provide fast and reliable delivery to all its customers. The terms and conditions below apply to deliveries and related practices.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At HELIOSKIN, we are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery to all our customers. The following terms apply to shipping and related practices.

 

1. Delivery Methods & Timeframes

Orders are shipped based on the delivery method selected at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on whether the products ship from our own warehouse or directly from a supplier.

  • In-stock items from our warehouse: Typically dispatched within 1–3 business days from order confirmation.

  • Items shipped directly from suppliers: Delivery may take 6–14 business days, depending on supplier location and stock availability.

International deliveries may take longer. Customers will be informed of any expected delays.

 

2. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to Finland and other EU countries.
Orders are delivered via selected carriers (e.g. Posti, Matkahuolto, UPS, DHL).

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the order size, destination, and delivery method selected.
All shipping costs are clearly displayed in your cart before completing the purchase.
Free shipping is available for orders that exceed a minimum amount (see website for current terms).
Additional fees may apply to international or special deliveries.

 

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
If your order contains items shipped from multiple sources (our warehouse and suppliers), you may receive multiple tracking codes.

 

5. Delivery Delays & Issues

  • Delays: If your delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible. Delays may be caused by postal congestion or supplier-related issues.

  • Delivery problems: If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, or if the contents are damaged, please contact our customer service. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Customs Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and VAT may be charged upon delivery to the recipient.
HELIOSKIN is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during international shipments.

 

7. Delivery Issues & Returns

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, or is missing parts, please contact our customer service promptly.
We will assist in resolving the issue and provide return or exchange instructions if necessary.

Return Policy

Returns & Refund Policy

HELIOSKIN offers customers the opportunity to return products under specific conditions. Our return and refund policy is based on Finnish law and EU consumer protection regulations.

 

1. Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order and return products within 30 days of receiving your delivery — no specific reason required.
Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused items.
For cosmetic products, due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used items cannot be returned, unless the product is faulty.
Small electronics may be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in their original packaging.

 

2. Exceptions to the Right of Return

Return rights do not apply in the following cases:

  • Opened packages: Cosmetic products that have been opened or used are non-returnable unless faulty.

  • Hygiene & safety: Items such as creams, serums, and lip products cannot be returned once opened or used — unless the product is defective.

3. How to Return a Product

If your item meets the return criteria, follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order to request return instructions.

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns should be sent using the original shipping package, which includes the return address.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

 

5. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please:

  • Contact our customer service immediately.

  • We will fully refund or replace any defective items.

  • Faulty items should be returned using the original shipping package, which includes the return address.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product (e.g. for a different shade or item), please contact our customer service.
Exchanges are generally processed as returns unless otherwise agreed.
